As the year 2022 comes to an end, let’s look at some of the news and updates of Enjinstrater and its community. From successful IDO launches to the latest blockchain developments, let’s dive into EJS Alumni’s 2022 highlights.

Sidus Heroes

It has been quite a year for Sidus Heroes.

RTS Battle Royale Xenna, the second SIDUS Metaverse game, had its grand presentation on December 14 in Dubai.

Large VC foundations, esports competitors, game developers, journalists, and other guests attended the offline event in large numbers. The first Xenna tournament, where gaming NFTs worth a combined $100,000 were drawn, was the event’s highlight.

That being said, Sidus Heroes launched new NFT collections, multiple giveaways, gleam, and tournaments. After the presentation, they launched the first Xenna tournament in which anyone could participate.

It was a tournament that was attended by both investment fund representatives and world-class esports athletes, but the winners were all regular people, demonstrating once more that Xenna is made primarily for the players.

Playermon

Playermon celebrated their anniversary in November and joined the PH Blockchain Week, wherein they gave their community a chance to meet and greet the team up close and personal as they win limited edition prizes and merch.

Joseph Leng, COO, and Co-Founder of Playermon, expressed eagerness and gratitude about the PH Blockchain Week.

“PH blockchain week was great! I met a lot of awesome people in the space either from web2 to web3 industry. I was surprised there are many playermon fans in PH eager to meet us.”

“The most memorable part was when me and my partners walking out of the hotel lobby while wearing our playermon t-shirt. The security guard at the front door and the camera crew recognized Playermon and told us they were players of the game…” Leng said.

Playermon also released their Christmas Giftboxes and gave giveaways. Christmas Giftboxes include limited edition Christmas decorative items such as The Grandfather Chair, Holiday Stickers, Wreath, and so much more. In line with this, they also did an iPhone 14 giveaway or other Spaceden furniture with different rarities.

RaceFi — a Car Racing and Advertisement game

RaceFi is now with BNBchain doing a migration campaign. Lynn Nguyen, COO of RaceFi partnered with BNB chain because the multichain matches RaceFi’s two criteria of high-speed transactions and low gas fees — which is a convenience for RaceFi’s users.

In addition, the game introduced Mr. Moo, a representative mascot developed to evoke in players a sense of high-speed racing and a powerful desire to engage in exciting racing matches.

They also had a World Cup 2022 giveaway and showed the RaceFi in-game racetracks.

BitHotel

BitHotel made a lot of noise this year and has released the second version of the BitHotel Beta, and became an Event Partner at P2E Night held in London.

The project has made updates that should make the game more entertaining and replayable and give players more control over how they want to play. The gaming experience is also receiving a significant update, including new Christmas leaderboards, BitHotel rooms and features, improved trading functionality for many items, and new ways for users to access rooms.

The ability to trade with other players is one of Bit Hotel’s major updates. Similar to the gameplay of the classic RuneScape, users must locate a player in the metaverse to trade with either through chat or by approaching them and engaging in conversation within the metaverse.

Alongside the updates are The Bit Hotel Shop, Bit Hotel Marketplace, and Bit Hotel Rooms and P2P trading live.

Scotty Beam

Cornitos, one of the most upscale snack brands, is entering the Foodverse with its first NFT collection on Polygon Chain, presenting its products to Web3 audiences.

With its launch in OneRare’s Foodverse, the first Food Metaverse in Web3, the brand is about to change the way people snack. Anuj Arora, Cornitos’ Marketing & Strategy Lead, was interviewed about the company’s ongoing efforts to provide consumers with a novel snacking experience that is both interactive and healthy.

Kryxivia

As more transactions take place on the Ethereum Network and in an effort to get rid of the bots that are constantly manipulating the price of their token, Kryxivia switched from using the Binance Smart Chain as its main platform to the Ethereum Network.

That being said, a replica of the current Kryxivia BNB Chain contract will be used on the ETH network.

Kryxivian residents will be able to apply for tokens on the new network by connecting their wallets. This solution allows users to use Polygon as a second chain to create their own in-game assets and trade them in the auction house.
