Sber technologies helped hold Russia's first music award in the metaverse

For the first time in Russia    prestigious award ceremony held in   metaverse developed by Sber AR/VR Lab with the participation of HiFi streaming Sound and SberMarketing agency. The unique show included live performances by stars and a concert in virtual reality with incredible 3D graphics made in Sber's XR studio. 

With the help of Sber's technologies, the project team created a unique prize metaverse. The audience was able to see five bright numbers of famous artists filmed in XR-studio and an exclusive performance of the popular singer ANNA ASTI, created in Volumetric-studio. The pop diva's ultra-modern 3D avatar was sung by fans on both sides of the screens. Also this year, for the first time in the metaverse, there was a popular vote for the best "MetaArtist 
year.” 

The co-host of the New Radio AWARDS ceremony was the virtual assistant Salyut, who told the audience about interesting facts about the nominees and their work.

We have already helped organize such events as SberConf, Investor Day, Sber Acceleration Demo Day, #SberDances interactive AR project, Santa Claus in every home festive AR project. We are glad that we were able to work with the Novy Radio team to develop metaverse technologies in Russia ,” explained Maxim Kozlov, head of the Sber AR/VR Lab.

The "New Radio AWARDS" annual award celebrates the most notable achievements of Russian show business. The winners are awarded in the nominations "Best Artist", "Best Artist", "Best Group", "Best Collaboration", "Best Producer", "Breakthrough of the Year". In addition, the best single, album and video are determined, as well as the owner of the Golden Siren statuette in the nomination "For Contribution to the Development of Music".
