Web3 gaming at PG Connects London on 21 January
On 20-21st January the leading global games industry conference Pocket Gamer Connects returns to London. Over 2,500 attendees from the games industry will gather at The Brewery for two days to network, discover, pitch, and supercharge business, as well as learn from more than 250 of the world’s leading authorities courtesy of our four-stage, multi-track programme.
Bringing together delegates from the entire gaming ecosystem, from mobile, PC and console to AI, web3 and XR technologies, we have a stacked line-up of expert speakers across both days.
Web3 gaming schedule
In terms of web3 games specifically, the running order include:
Jon Jordan, the editor-at-large of BlockchainGamer.biz, will reveal our Top 50 blockchain game makers of 2025.
Scheduled for day 2, 21st January at 14:10 GMT, in track room 4.
Sofia Senatorova, the gaming business dev at Tezos, will give a talk titled “Mapping The Web3 Gaming Ecosystem In 2025”, including UA in Telegram gaming, advantages of web3 for game developers, and how to overcome technical challenges.

Marc Alloul, from web3 gaming infrastructure company Helika, will offer further insights into gaming on Telegram, looking at the platform as “The Gateway To The Next Wave Of Web3 Gaming Adoption”, and specifically focusing on how the Telegram Gaming Accelerator enables developers to create more sustainable web3 gaming experiences.

Alun Evans, the co-founder of Laos network, will dive into the integration of free-to-play games and web3, more particularly looking at how to overcome existing challenges and unlock future opportunities.
