The Game Company partners with BytePlus

With its GMRT token launch set for 13th February, Dubai-based blockchain-based cloud gaming startup The Game Company has announced a strategic partnership with BytePlus, the enterprise technology arm of ByteDance, which is the Chinese giant behind TikTok and Moonton Games.

Focusing on streamers and content creators, together the companies are aiming to design a reward system that empowers content creation and the development of new streaming capabilities. Leveraging BytePlus’s streaming and content solutions, The Game Company is hoping to drive participation as a way of laying the foundation for sustainable growth for its gaming and content creation community.

Through its cloud gaming infrastructure, The Game Company enables players to play games from any device, without the need for specific hardware or downloads. The startup recently announced $10 million in funding for its tech.
