Parallel tournament winner bags $100,000 as dev drops first trailer for shooter Sanctuary
A year after its open beta launch, followed by Epic Games Store debut six months later, Parallel Studios is preparing to roll out Parallel via mobile. Set for 19th March, the studio’s flagship TCG will become available via App Store and Google Play. Pre-registration is now live.
Just weeks ahead of this milestone, Parallel has also completed its esports tournament Parallel Prime Championships, with the concluding final event hosted live in Las Vegas on Sunday 2nd March. Its first ever champion Jaromír Vyskočil, aka JarlaHS on X, took home the total prize pot of $100,000.
Next up is the release of Parallel season 2, which contains a $1 million prize pool. It’s scheduled for 6th March.
In related news, Parallel Studios has also dropped a trailer and more details of its forthcoming shooter which is launching on the B3 ecosystem.
The third-person extraction shooter is set in the Parallel universe and powered by ecosystem token PRIME. Previously called Tau Ceti, the game has officially been named Sanctuary.
