Football management MMO Soccerverse partners with HyperPlay
UK developer Soccerverse has announced it’s bringing football management MMO Soccerverse to web3 game platform HyperPlay.
Expanding accessibility for new audiences, the integration means HyperPlay users can access and play the game directly from their game library, benefitting from seamless wallet interactions powered by MetaMask and WalletConnect.
Streamlined user experiences and simplified onboarding is particularly beneficial for fully onchain games such as Soccerverse.
A browser-based community-driven football management sim, Soccerverse is built to be a forever game deployed fully onchain. The team launched the MMO on Polygon in January 2025. Part of its long-term vision is also to open source all the code and expand UGC features.
“HyperPlay’s commitment to simplifying web3 gaming aligns perfectly with our vision of creating a truly accessible and engaging football management experience. This partnership will allow us to reach a broader audience and empower more players to shape the future of Soccerverse,” commented Soccerverse co-founder and CEO Andy Gore.
HyperPlay founder and CEO Jacob added, “Soccerverse is a fantastic addition to the HyperPlay ecosystem. Their innovative approach to football management games and their strong community focus make them a perfect fit for our platform.”
