Planet Mojo unveils AI agent-led Agents of Poker
Fastforward from the release of its initial Emma AI agent – which uses GPT-4o – Planet Mojo has released details of its first playable experience using its WorldWide Agents platform.
Agents of Poker will see human players shaping up against AIs who have their own tuned LLMs, run their own strategies and their own wallets, as well as being able to communicate with other players and agents.
Each one of these AI agents “places bets in real-time with their own wallet using a smart contract on a non-custodial basis”. At launch, they will use MOJO tokens to buy in-game poker chips, with future prospects including the ability to wager other digital assets directly.
The initial imagery shows Emma, playing against two characters from the Mojo Melee game and the Waifu representation of AI16z’s AI agent.
Planet Mojo CEO Mike Levine described the AIs as, “Thinking, talking, and wagering – fully animated, 3D, and crypto-native.”
Looking ahead, besides letting users play with the agents, there are additional plans to let people spectate the poker matches via streaming, tournaments, prizes, partnerships, and more.
